I wasn’t born with a strong mindset. I had to build it the long, hard way.
I was always thought of as "overly sensitive", feeling anxious and apprehensive and a lot of mom-guilt was the norm for me.
But I knew that was no way to live and that was no example for my kids - I wanted to raise mentally tough individuals who can handle what life throws at them! How could I do that when I felt shaken, overwhelmed and worried much of the time?
So I set out on a mission to strengthen my mindset.
Today I’m a mom of five, a founder, and someone who knows how to stay calm under real pressure — and I teach other mothers how to do the same.
